TRAGEDY: Peretz Sontag Z”L, Missing Father of 7 Found Dead
We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Peretz Sontag Z”L, the missing father of 7 who was found dead a short time ago. The Monsey man, who was the subject of an intense search by hundreds of volunteers from New York and New Jersey, was reportedly found dead inside his vehicle in Harriman State Park – the last known location of him.
Mr. Sontag Z”L, 50, was reported missing about 10 days ago.
Sources tell TLS that Mr. Sontag Z”L was found by a hiker in an area of the park which was off-limits by park officials.
