Are you allowed to learn, both today (after chatzos) and tomorrow shabbos tisha b'av? I was told that the belzer rebbe ruled that you can only learn as much as you usually learn, that psak left me in a difficult situation since I rarely learn on shabbosim. If learning makes me sad can I learn this shabbos?
