Can I use the holy ring as a alternative for a filter it has Haskomas from all Rabbanim - I hang it on the main cable so it filters all data before it reaches the PC?

I think the only solution to the internet problem is to use old segulah's that always worked for us rather then modern filters that our children can override, for those who dont like this segulah I have some other proven segulah's that work.
