Take a Break, Shoot a Video
Film yourself for up to 50 seconds taking a break or interrupting an important daily task (i.e. Stop a boardroom meeting, shut down a store mid-day, or stop your car in middle of the road… actually, don’t) and challenge your social connections to do the same in solidarity with Camp HASC’s children.

You can give Sruly the gift of a summer at Camp HASC.

As a child with autism, Sruly can’t properly communicate his needs. He has trouble eating certain foods and is prone to outbursts.

To everyone else, Sruly is “Challenged” or “Disabled.”

But, thanks to generous donors like you, at Camp HASC, Sruly gets to take a break. Because of you, he will shed his labels. He will overcome the limitations placed on him. And he’ll feel something he couldn’t feel anywhere else: Ordinary.

With your donation to Camp HASC today, you ensure that campers like Sruly have all the resources that they need to reach their potential. Whether that means eating solid food for the first time. Or celebrating a Bar Mitzvah. Or making his own sandwich. You bring progress within reach.

You can ensure that for seven magical weeks, Sruly and 300 other children and adults with disabilities, can take a break. They can leave their regular, challenging routine and experience the summer of their lives.



Camp HASC offers campers’ families a much needed break. These families look forward to these seven weeks, knowing that they can entrust their children into the dedicated arms of angels from above.

This special experience requires unparalleled levels of dedication from the staff and administration. No matter what one’s background, position or role is at Camp HASC there is an indescribable sense of devotion and unity, a place where unconditional love is the only prerequisite.

The cost of operating such an organization is exorbitant. The simple reality is that Camp HASC needs your help.
